01DFW web design

Your best customer already looked you up. What did they find?

Most shops in Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas are losing work before the phone ever rings. Somebody searched, found a page that would not load on a phone, and called the next name on the list. I fix that, once, for a fixed number.

Dallas–Fort Worth service area

Web design for local businesses across DFW.

I build websites for contractors, auto shops, professional services, and other owner-led businesses throughout Dallas–Fort Worth. The work is tailored to how customers search locally: what you do, where you do it, why they should trust you, and the clearest next step to contact you.

02What you get

Three ways in. Same person builds all of them.

Starter site

starting at$1,500

You have no site, or one that has not been touched in five years.

  • Up to five pages, written and built
  • Mobile first, loads in under two seconds
  • Click to call and a quote form that reaches you
  • Google Business Profile cleaned up and linked
  • Live in about two weeks

You have real work to show and you want to rank for your city.

  • Everything in the starter site
  • Photo direction, so the gallery looks like your best day
  • Local SEO pages for each city you serve
  • Review flow that asks at the right moment
  • Ready for the AI response agent on day one

Monthly care

optional$150/mo

You would rather not think about it again.

  • Hosting, backups, updates, uptime watch
  • Content changes, up to an hour a month
  • Quarterly check on what pages are getting found
  • Cancel any time, you keep the site

Talk about this

These are starting numbers, not a rate card. After the call you get one fixed price for the whole build. If the scope changes I tell you before I do the work, not after.

03Timeline

Two to four weeks, with a weekly update.

Week 1

Call, quote, content gathering

I write the first draft of every page so you are correcting, not composing.

Week 2 to 3

Build, review, revise

You see it on a real link, on your phone, before anyone else does.

Week 3 to 4

Launch and handoff

Domain, hosting, and logins end up in your name. I walk you through all of it.

04Ownership

You own it. All of it.

The domain is registered in your name. The code is yours. Hosting runs on an account you control. If you ever want to move it, or hire somebody else, I hand the whole thing over and help them find their way around. I do not hold a business hostage to keep a retainer.

05Questions

Straight answers.

What does a small business website cost in DFW?

A small business website from MannCave.dev starts at $1,500. A full build with more pages, photography direction, and local SEO starts at $3,500. Monthly care is $150 a month and it is optional. I quote a fixed number after the 15-minute call so you are not guessing, and I do not bill by the hour.

How long does a DFW business website take to build?

Most DFW business websites go live in two to four weeks from the day I get your content. You get an update every week whether there is news or not. If something slips, you hear it from me before you have to ask.

Who owns the site when it is done?

You do. The domain stays in your name, the code is yours, and I will hand off the whole thing if you ever want to move it or hire someone else. No hostage hosting, no license you have to keep paying to keep your own pages.

What happens with hosting?

Your site is hosted on Vercel under an account in your name. On the free tier most small business sites cost nothing to host. If you take monthly care I manage it for you. If you do not, it keeps running and you keep the login.

Do I have to write the words?

No. I write a first draft from the 15-minute call and you correct it. You know your business better than I do, so your job is to tell me where I got it wrong, not to stare at a blank page.

Do you build websites throughout Dallas-Fort Worth?

Yes. MannCave.dev is based in Fort Worth and serves businesses across Dallas, Arlington, Grapevine, Keller, Southlake, North Richland Hills, Mansfield, Burleson, Weatherford, and the rest of DFW. Most of the process can happen remotely, and I can visit a local shop when seeing the work in person would help.

Can we meet in person if my business is in DFW?

Yes. I am based in Fort Worth and can visit businesses around Dallas-Fort Worth when an on-site conversation, photos, or a firsthand look at the workflow would improve the project. Calls and project updates can also stay remote when that is faster.
