Privacy

The short version

I am one person. I collect what you type into the form so I can answer you, and I keep basic anonymous numbers about which pages get visited. I do not sell anything to anybody, and there is no advertising network following you off this site.

What the form collects

Your name, business name, city, phone number, and optionally your email address, what you need, any photos you attach, and whatever you write in the message box. It also records which campaign link brought you here, if you arrived through one, plus the date and time.

That information goes to two places: an email to me, and a row in a private tracking sheet so I do not lose track of who asked for what. Photos you upload are stored on MannCave.dev hosting infrastructure and are reachable by anyone who has the exact link, so please do not upload anything sensitive.

Who else sees it

The site runs on Vercel, form email goes out through Resend, lead tracking sits in Airtable, and file uploads go to Vercel Blob storage. Each of those companies processes the data on my behalf under their own terms. Nobody else receives it, and I never sell or trade contact details.

Analytics

I use a privacy-first analytics tool that counts page views, referrers, and whether a visit ended in a form submission or a booking. It does not use tracking cookies, does not fingerprint your device, and does not follow you to other websites. I cannot tell which individual person viewed which page.

The site does store campaign tags from the link you clicked in your browser's session storage, so the form can tell me where the inquiry came from. That clears itself when you close the tab, and it never leaves your browser until you submit the form.

How long I keep it

Inquiries stay in my inbox and tracking sheet indefinitely, because a conversation from two years ago sometimes turns into a project. If you want yours deleted, ask and I will remove it, including any photos you uploaded.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own. If you open a booking calendar embedded on the booking page, that provider may set its own cookies under their policy.
