02AI automation

The shop that answers first usually gets the job.

Not because they are better. Because they were there. I build the system that answers for you in under a minute, then keeps the customer warm right up until they hand you the keys.

03The part everybody skips

Trust is built before the job, not after it.

Most automation sold to shops is review chasing. Ask for a star at the end and hope. That is the last five percent of the relationship. The money is in the days before the appointment, when the customer is quietly wondering if they picked right and nobody is talking to them.

Fill that silence and two things happen. They show up, and they show up already sold. The reviews take care of themselves after that.

04The five pieces

What actually gets built.

01

Instant response agent

Answers in under a minute, day or night

A new lead texts or fills out the form. The agent replies before they have opened the next tab, asks the two or three things you would ask, and offers real drop-off windows. Most shops lose the job in the first ten minutes. This closes that gap.

02

Post-booking confirmation

Same hour the appointment is set

The customer gets a confirmation that reads like a person wrote it. Date, address, what to bring, what happens when they pull in. Fewer no-shows, fewer calls asking where you are.

03

Pre-service nurture

Between booking and drop-off

This is the part almost nobody does. In the days before the appointment the customer hears from you: what the process looks like, how long it takes, a photo of similar work. By the time they walk in they already trust the shop. That is what turns a quote into a job and a job into a referral.

04

Review loop closer

Right after pickup, once

One ask, at the moment they are happiest, with a link that takes two taps. No nagging, no third reminder. Reviews are the byproduct of the three steps above, not the point of them.

05

The website underneath it

The foundation, built first

None of this works pointed at a page that will not load. The site is what the agent sends people to, what the ads point at, and what Google reads. That is why the build comes first and the agent comes second.

05Who it is for first

Auto body shops first. On purpose.

I am starting with collision and auto body in DFW because the shape of the problem is identical in every shop: a photo of a damaged panel arrives at nine at night and sits unread until morning. I would rather know one trade all the way down than know ten of them halfway.

If you run a different kind of service business and the same thing is happening to you, say so on the call. The pieces move over fine, I just will not pretend I have done it ten times already.

06Questions

Straight answers.

What does the AI actually do, in plain terms?

It reads the message a new customer sends you and answers it in about thirty seconds, day or night. It asks the questions you would ask, books the appointment, and hands you a person who is already halfway sold. It does not pretend to be you and it does not guess at prices.

Can I turn it off or take over a conversation?

Any time. Every thread is visible to you and one reply from you puts the agent on mute for that customer. There is also a hard off switch. It is your shop and your name on the message.

Let’s make something useful

Fifteen minutes and I will tell you where your leads are going.

Bring your last week of missed messages. That is usually the whole conversation.
